What this website collects, why, and how to ask us about it.
Contacting us on WhatsApp
This website has no enquiry form. The \u201cChat on WhatsApp\u201d buttons open WhatsApp with a ready-typed first message to our number. Whatever you then send is handled through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy; we see your number, your name as shown in WhatsApp and what you write, and we use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them. This website itself does not store what you type in WhatsApp.
Signing in
Clients, staff and administrators sign in with the Login button. Signing in uses a session cookie that is needed to keep you signed in securely, together with a short record of your IP address to limit repeated wrong passwords. Details about client work are visible only to the firm and to the client concerned.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website sets only the cookie needed for signing in. It does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies or load scripts, fonts or images from other websites. Links to government portals open on those sites, which have their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a conversation, by contacting us through the contact form. We will tell you if the law requires us to keep any of it.
Changes
If we change how the website handles personal information we will update this page.
